Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Sales Manager of the Reseller/Distribution Sales Channel. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute sales strategies, build, and maintain relationships with resellers and distributors, and achieve revenue targets.


Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration through the reseller sales channel.

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure individual and team success.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and key decision-makers within the medical device industry.

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.

* Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing agreements with resellers.

* Stay up to date with industry developments, regulations, and emerging trends in medical devices and healthcare technology.


Qualifications:

* Graduate in commerce, marketing, or science field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.

* Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in sales management or leadership roles within the medical device industry.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

* Strong knowledge of the Indian medical device market, including key players, distribution channels, and customer preferences.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with resellers and key stakeholders.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing market conditions.

Knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM Platforms is an advantage.
