Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Area Sales Manager-OEM at FMCG Company. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned area, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with OEM clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team to enhance product visibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, OEM Sales, and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Relationship Building, Customer Service, and Client Coordination
  • Ability to analyze Market Trends, Forecast Sales, and prepare Sales Reports
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
