- About the Role: The ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled in data mining & presentation, and proficient with M365 productivity apps. They will manage inventory processes, execute ABM and Partner campaigns, and coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and assign call campaigns for Partner Sales and ABM teams.
- Achieve a 15-20% contact rate on each campaign.
- Conduct daily audits of campaign dashboards and present findings using M365 tools.
- Perform inventory management and database clean-up to improve data quality.
- Research and resolve data issues, ensuring accurate data collection and processing.
- Evaluate quality control reports and maintain process documentation.
- Present data insights and campaign results clearly to stakeholders.
- Support new technical projects and review outgoing data for accuracy.
