Amity University Noida invites applications for the post of Executive Assistant at Amity Food and Agriculture Foundation (AFAF) Key Responsibilities Documentation & Record Keeping: Monitor and maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to office operations and administrative work. Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day office requirements and administrative tasks, ensure efficient office operations. Preparing meeting minutes and strong follow up on action items from meetings. Event Coordination: Contribute to plan and organize institutional events, workshops, and training programs. Executive Assistance: Management of daily tasks and priorities assigned by the Director, ensuring timely and effective execution. Data Analysis: Efficient in computer skills, Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point. Required Qualification & Skill Sets: Graduation/ Post Graduation, preferably in Science & Technology Minimum 3 Years of work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power-point & Excel) Proficient in Email Management Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
