Key Responsibilities :
Candidate Sourcing :
Source qualified candidates using job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other online platforms.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and leveraging social media platforms.
Screening and Evaluation :
Conduct detailed screenings to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, experience, and fit for the role.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients.
Requirement Analysis :
Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify the best match for open roles.
Work with hiring managers or account managers to clarify expectations.
Documentation and Submissions :
Prepare candidate submissions with necessary details (resume, work authorization, etc.).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
Candidate Engagement :
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Act as a point of contact for candidate queries and provide timely updates
Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience : 1–2 years of US IT recruitment experience (remote experience preferred).
Knowledge of US Work Authorization :
Familiarity with H1-B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, USC, and other visa types.
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
Technical Knowledge :
Basic understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Soft Skills :
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
