Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Behavioral Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D. The Behavioral Facilitator will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning interventions aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
Qualifications:
Good experience in designing and facilitating learning experiences, preferably with a focus on behavior change.
Proven expertise in applying behavioral science principles and methodologies to drive individual and organizational performance.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build rapport quickly.
Experience in conducting needs assessments, program evaluation, and data analysis to measure learning effectiveness.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), virtual facilitation tools, and other technology platforms to deliver learning content.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives related to behavioral change.
Design and develop innovative and engaging learning experiences, workshops, and training materials tailored to meet specific behavioral objectives.
Utilize adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and behavioral change theories to create effective learning solutions.
Facilitation:
Facilitate interactive and experiential learning sessions, workshops, and interventions focused on enhancing individual and team behaviors.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to open dialogue, reflection, and skill development.
Adapt facilitation techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and participant needs.
Evaluation and Measurement:
Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and behavioral change initiatives.
Collect and Analyse data related to behavior change outcomes, participant satisfaction, and organizational impact.
Generate reports and recommendations based on evaluation findings to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Consultation and Collaboration:
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams on matters related to behavioral change, team dynamics, and performance improvement.
Consult with internal stakeholders to identify systemic barriers to behaviors change and recommend organizational interventions.
Collaborate with other members of the Learning & Development team to integrate behavioral components into broader talent development initiatives.
