Description:
Must Have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving organizational performance through talent development.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Training Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.
Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, seminars, and other learning resources.
Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company;s LMS, including course creation, enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Leadership Development: Develop and implement leadership development programs tocultivate the skills and competencies of managers and executives.
Employee Onboarding: Collaborate with HR to design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Compliance Training: Ensure that all mandatory training programs, including safety, diversity, and ethics training, are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts to augment internal training capabilities.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the training budget, including cost-effective allocation of resources and monitoring expenditures.
