Learning And Development Specialist

Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objective, content requirements
Design and develop interactive and engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor led training materials and so on.
Utilize instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create effective learner-centric learning experiences
Facilitate and deliver learning sessions, workshops, learning interventions using variety of learning methods (virtual/classroom/blended)
Evaluate and assess effectiveness of learning programs through feedback to measure impact
Build strong relationship with business stakeholders and HRBP to build a culture of learning
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development, and integrate innovative learning solutions into programs
Collaborate with LMS team to track learning content and monitor participant progress
Qualifications/ Experience: Bachelors degree in ID/Education/Learning with 10-15 years. Masters preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and program management skills
Expertise in instructional design and storytelling
Strong facilitation and presentation skills and ability to engage and inspire learners across levels
Experience with e-learning development tools (eg. Articulate)
Certifications in learning or coaching desirable
