: Sales Trainer and Content Development Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Trainer and Content Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. Additionally, they will be involved in creating engaging and relevant training content to support our sales training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training: Develop comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of different roles within the sales team. Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce training concepts and drive continuous improvement. Content Development: Create high-quality training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and online resources, to support sales training initiatives. Develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules and multimedia content to deliver training in an engaging and effective manner. Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales leaders to gather information and insights to inform content development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales training and incorporate them into training content. Regularly review and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and align training initiatives with business objectives. Communicate effectively with sales team members to promote awareness of available training resources and opportunities. Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to share best practices, insights, and resources for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a sales trainer or training specialist, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment. Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning authoring tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management) is desirable. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
