Intermediate Business Development Executives (BDEs)

by reviewing their proposals, providing constructive feedback, and helping them optimize their approach to winning projects. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our BDE team and driving growth through strategic Upwork bidding.Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor

Intermediate Business Development Executives

(BDEs) on best practices for bidding on projects via

Upwork

.Review and evaluate

bidding proposals

from BDEs, providing guidance on how to improve proposal quality, relevance, and client engagement.Help BDEs fine-tune proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and increase the chances of winning projects.Share insights on

Upwork platform trends

, client expectations, and how to optimize profiles for better visibility.Offer strategies for building and maintaining long-term client relationships on Upwork.Guide BDEs in setting competitive

pricing

, defining

value propositions

, and creating effective project proposals.Track the performance of proposals and suggest data-driven improvements based on win rates and feedback.Ensure that all proposals align with the company’s standards for quality and professionalism.Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience

successfully bidding and securing projects on

Upwork

.Proven track record of

winning projects

across different industries and fields on Upwork.Strong understanding of

Upwork’s platform

, proposal structure, and client expectations.Experience guiding, mentoring, or managing a team of

Business Development Executives

.Excellent communication and

coaching skills

to help BDEs improve proposal quality and client engagement.Ability to provide actionable feedback on proposals, ensuring alignment with market demands and client needs.Understanding of key metrics for measuring proposal success (win rates, response times, etc.).Preferred (but not required):

Experience in
