About the role: An Upwork Bidder plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and negotiating deals to generate revenue. The primary responsibility of an upwork bidder is to drive sales and increase the company's market share by exploring new markets, products, and services.
EXPERIENCE
Roles & Responsibilities
Utilize platforms like Upwork, and other relevant platforms to attract and engage with potential clients.
Write persuasive proposals and bids to secure projects and contracts.
Understand client needs and project specifications to provide accurate bids.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
Manage portfolios effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintaining an organized database of current and potential customer information and records.
Manage end-to-end pre-sales activities, including lead generation, appointment setting, delivering Company Profiles and product demos, follow-ups with prospects, and timely proposal submissions to potential clients.
Work closely with the Project Manager to make sure projects run smoothly.
Keep in touch with current clients to maintain good relationships and look for chances to do more work with them.
Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
