Responsibilities

: Co-ordinate extensively internally and externally to realize business objectives. Arrange workshops and Seminars across target groups - Customers, End users and EPC. Prepare and execute plan to promote specialty resins to Customers and channel partners. Track & Measure project performance using appropriate systems & tools Initiate material conversions – Traditional materials to Composites Prepare, prioritize, monitor and execute Sales Plan. Achieve segments budget and sales targets with top line & bottom line. Manage customer relationships across levels and over long periods of time. Keep receivables under norms. Promote and establish Industry leading specification and best practices by value selling. Formulate and present proposals to buyers & influencers with Techno Commercial discussions at multiple levels. Work effectively across the value chain of project - Customers, Formulators, Owners and Consultants/Engineering Firms.

Education & Experience in general

Postgraduate -Science / Graduate -Chemical or Polymer Technology / Chemical Engineer / MBA would be an added advantage Post graduate degree in business management. Minimum 10 years of Experience, with Large Organizations, EPC & promotion of specialty chemicals Prior Experience in the Chemical Project Space – Power, Mineral & Mining, Basic & Specialty Chemicals, Pharma, Polymers would be an added advantage.
