Job Description

Manager – BSS atInforma Markets in India will be part of a Marketing team responsible for assist Marketing Managers across Informa Shows in Visitor Promotion, Visitor Calling & Registration, Plan Manpower as per Show Calendar, Plan Manpower, work closely with Database, Projects, Marketing teams and executing marketing strategies, with deploying calling team. Work closely with internal & external customers understanding business requirements.

The successful candidates will be required to work on developing new marketing strategies as well as to maintain / upgrade existing ones running in and to ensure their smooth operations in addition. He or She, will be required to adopt best-in-class technologies and periodically acquire new such skills both via self-study and ad-hoc specific trainings.

Qualifications

  • Graduation is MUST
  • Excellent communications Skills, willing to learn & teach
  • Ability to work under pressure & Crisis Management
  • Share market intelligence basis interaction with direct clients / visitors

Additional Information

  • Assist marketing team in approaching & getting right visitors, pre-registered + onsite
  • Guiding & Motivating calling teams, by way of various scripts & manage per day calls
  • Producing innovative way or research & getting additional database for calling
  • Ensure more pre-registered visitors & helping database with real time updates in calling list
  • To contribute BTL team to in driving there on road activities.
  • To maintain, build and update calling databases for team members.
  • To support marketing team in all allied activities by way of BSS team contribution
