We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales specialist to join our growing team.About the Position:We are seeking an experienced IT Sales professional for the role of Senior Business DevelopmentManager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving IT client projects and contributing to theexpansion of our business. This role requires a proven track record in relevant sales roles with solidReferences.Candidate Requirements:Experience with companies generating revenues of USD 20 to 30 million.Previous experience in the US/UK/Europe/GCC market is essential.Background in IT software services/Products.Responsibilities:Develop a growth strategy focusing on financial gains and customer satisfaction.Identify new business opportunities and markets, and establish key partnerships.Build strong business relationships and negotiate deals effectively.Generate leads through various channels and conduct sales meetings.Promote company products/services to address client objectives.Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with business objectives.Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring legal compliance.Maintain an updated sales pipeline and conduct sales forecasts.Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.Provide post-sales support and maintain customer relationships.Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.Requirements:Minimum 09-12 years of experience in IT industry.MBA/Relevant Educational qualification is mandatory.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to adapt to dynamic sales environments.Willingness to engage in fieldwork for client meetings.Self-motivated with a drive for sales closures.Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.Strong networking skills and sales acumen.Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.Familiarity with customer support practices.Expertise in technical knowledge and features of the company's products/services.The Offer:Learning & development opportunitiesCareer path opportunitiesSales onboarding and kick-off meetingsInternational and diverse work communityA salary model in which you can have a direct positive impact based on your daily sales work.
