We are in search of a proficient andexperienced Business Development Representative to help us grow ourbusiness. You will also act as a liaison between our Sales andMarketing teams.

As a Business DevelopmentRepresentative you will be seeking new business prospects bycontacting and developing relationships with our prospectivecustomers. You will act as a first point of contact for ourcompany. You will set up meetings for business to businesscollaborations.

To be successful in this jobrole you must have handson experience in developing leads frommarketing campaigns and fulfilling their sales quotas.

Responsibilities
  • Identifypotential customers from amongst a bunch ofleads
  • Qualify leads from different marketingcampaigns as viable sales opportunities
  • Contactprospects via emails and cold calls
  • Present thecompany to prospective clients
  • Identify clientrequirements and suggest them with suitableproducts/services
  • Come up with customizedproduct solutions that will help boost customersatisfaction
  • Establish longterm relationshipswith the clients
  • Seek new businessopportunities in the marketproactively
  • Coordinate with Account Managersfor client status updates
  • Submit reports toBusiness Development Manager on weekly monthly and quarterly salesresults
  • Keep updated about latest businesstrends
Requirements
  • BScdegree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven 4 years of experience as aBusiness Development Representative Account Executive or similarjob role
  • Excellent customer serviceskills
  • Impressive communicationskills
  • Extensive experience with various salestechniques
  • Proven record of achieving salesquotas
  • Handson experience with CRM softwarelike Zendesk Sell Intercom etc.
  • Familiaritywith MS Office Excel in particular
  • Soundknowledge of sales performancemetrics
  • Excellent negotiationskills
  • Ability to deliver convincingpresentations
  • Good leadershipskills
