What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in the Sales Department
  • Target new customers as well as new business opportunities.
  • Create new consoles focused on the US and Europe.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience to our LCL customers
  • Infuse sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients
  • Closely collaborate with other teams within and across origin/destination offices
  • Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
  • Build an open communication environment for your team.
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

Requirements

The successful candidates

  • Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in LCL product sales and business development
  • Extended customer portfolio and relationship with co-loaders.
  • Experience required in creating LCL consoles from India to the US, Europe, and the Far East.
  • Experienced in creating a sales team and monitoring the targets.
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
