What You'll Do: 
As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation, IMEA, you would be leading the Strategy Transformation and Project Management Office(PMO) which focuses on strategic planning, change management and project oversight for IMEA. This role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate complex organizational structures and drive change to achieve strategic objectives. This role is tasked with increasing the working metabolism of the organization and setting new rules of engagement to propel the company forward at a new speed and instill a new culture of delivery.

• Develop and implement the overall strategic direction for the company, aligning it with long-term goals and objectives.
• Lead the strategic planning process, including conducting industry analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing risks.

• Oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.

Skills That Make a Difference:
• MBA with (preference) Chemical Engineering
• Several years of experience in strategy development, transformation, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
