Role Description

This is a full-time Branch Collection Manager role located in Ahmedabad and is an on-site position. The Branch Collection Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day collection operations, ensuring timely recovery of dues, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams. The role involves overseeing a team of collection agents and meeting collection targets effectively.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
