Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Chennai. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in end-to-end campaign management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) , etc.
  • Strategize and execute targeted campaigns for lead generation, drive B2C sales, focusing on customer acquisition.
  • Oversee campaign setup, bid and keyword optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Campaign Budget Management – Allocate and adjust spending across channels based on performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging ads and landing pages.
  • Research and analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies.
  • Maintain a strong focus on analytics and data to fine-tune and adjust campaigns.
  • Maintain campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the B2C education space.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across channels that deliver on business goals
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization and performance tracking.
  • Google Ads Certification & Meta Ads Certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and its use in tracking and conversion analysis is preferred
  • Past experience in digital marketing agencies would be desirable
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
