Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in lead generation, managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads), and leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and acquire clients relevant to our services like animation, social media marketing, and branding.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through various online channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms relevant to our industry.
  • Google Ads (PPC): Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, A/B testing, budget management, and optimizing for ROI. Track and analyze performance to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach out to prospective clients, generate leads, and build relationships with decision-makers in industries relevant to our services.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop targeted outreach campaigns to acquire clients for animation, branding, and social media marketing services. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through digital marketing efforts.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging content that supports lead generation efforts and aligns with client needs.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize landing pages and websites for search engines to improve organic visibility and paid ad performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights to measure success and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in lead generation, paid advertising, and client outreach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (designers, content creators, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition, particularly in the creative or digital services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (PPC) campaigns and understanding of PPC best practices.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge in social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience working with creative agencies or digital marketing firms.
  • Familiarity with other lead generation tools and CRM systems.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
