Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End knowledge in Cards domain, Fraud investigations and Dispute Resolution.
  • Experience in Ops functional areas and able to work cross functionally.
  • Deep understanding on various regulations (Reg E, Reg Z).
  • Able to manage the day-to-day delivery of customer SLAs and production.
  • Communicates with stakeholders effectively.
  • Good Analytical, Reasoning and Training skills.
  • Required Skills - Technical Skills, MS Excel, MS Office Domain Skills
  • People handling skills.
  • Auditing & Reporting skills.
  • Coaching experience.
  • Presentation & MIS Dashboard preparation skills.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • Capacity planning.
  • Good Communication- Oral & verbal.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts/ WFO.
