We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Fulfillment Associate to manage the end-to-end order processing cycle on Shopify. This role involves receiving and verifying orders, preparing and packing items, ensuring timely dispatch, and updating tracking information to provide customers with a smooth post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review incoming customer orders through Shopify
  • Verify product availability and ensure accurate order details before processing
  • Pick, pack, and label items securely for shipment in line with company standards
  • Generate and print shipping labels and documentation
  • Coordinate with courier partners to schedule pickups and deliveries
  • Update order status on Shopify with tracking details for customer visibility
  • Monitor order progress and follow up on any shipping delays or issues
  • Maintain organized records of all orders, shipments, and returns
  • Collaborate with inventory team to track stock movement and update availability
  • Provide support to customer service for any order-related queries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Shopify order management (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and courier coordination
  • Good communication skills for liaising with courier partners and internal teams
  • Proficiency in using Shopify and related order processing tools

Work Environment:

  • Office/warehouse setting with active involvement in packing and dispatch
  • Role may involve occasional lifting of packages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
