Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team at Svinzy Digital Solutions. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our company, managing financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in accounting or finance role
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
  • Collaborate with external auditors and resolve any audit issues
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Provide financial analysis and support to decision-making processes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Train and mentor junior accounting staff
