We are seeking a seasoned Facebook Paid Ads Specialist with a strong background in high-budget campaign management to spearhead our paid advertising initiatives in India. This role will involve managing an annual ad budget of $500,000 and driving significant returns on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven strategy, creative optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop strategic Facebook ad campaigns aimed at boosting conversions, customer acquisition, and brand engagement across multiple client portfolios in the Indian market.
  • Oversee ad spend allocation , ensuring campaigns achieve or exceed a 20-30% quarterly ROI increase.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to generate culturally relevant ad content that resonates with target demographics.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools to fine-tune campaigns, measure success, and pivot strategy based on in-depth performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads, with extensive agency experience .
