Position Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our team part-time. This role requires expertise in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, with additional skills in platforms like Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat being a plus. Reporting directly to the Paid Media Head, you’ll play a key role in crafting and scaling high-performing ad campaigns while demonstrating a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to evolving strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
  • Write engaging ad copy and collaborate on landing page optimization to drive conversions.
  • Manage and track budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and meet KPIs.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements to identify winning strategies.
  • Generate and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to the Paid Media Head.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing successful Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel).
  • Additional expertise in platforms like Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat is a bonus.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude toward mastering new tools and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimization.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while collaborating with the Paid Media Head.


Hours:

Flexible part-time role, approximately 10-15 hours per week, with opportunities for growth based on performance and business needs.
