Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • MBA or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, SAP, Salesforce) are a strong plus.
  • Minimum
    3+ years of experience
    in business systems management, IT project management, or enterprise applications.
  • Proven expertise in
    system integration, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives
    .
  • Strong track record of
    cross-functional collaboration
    and vendor management.

  • Deep understanding of
    ERP, CRM, HRMS, and enterprise systems

Role Objective
