A Brief Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Salesforce Delivery & Architecture to lead and inspire a high-performing impact team of Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects. This pivotal leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact Salesforce solutions that empower our Go-To-Market (GTM), Service, and Revenue Operations organizations. As a strategic technology leader, you will shape platform vision, drive roadmap execution, and foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Working in close partnership with executive stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business objectives into transformative Salesforce capabilities—ensuring the organization remains agile, data-informed, and future-ready.

What you will do

  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and scale a multidisciplinary Salesforce team, promoting accountability, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Define and track OKRs and KPIs to drive high performance and professional growth.
  • Champion continuous learning and certification, ensuring the team evolves with platform capabilities and strategic business needs.
  • Strategic Delivery & Architecture
  • Co-own and execute the Salesforce delivery roadmap in partnership with peer leaders, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and integrated marketing and analytics solutions.
  • Serve as a domain lead for specific platform areas while contributing to a unified, scalable architecture and coordinated delivery strategy across the Salesforce portfolio.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification through Agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Promote best practices in DevOps, test automation, scalable design, and change management.
  • CRM Platform Oversight
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and administration of the Salesforce platform to ensure it aligns with business processes, enhances user productivity, and supports enterprise goals.
  • Guide business analysis efforts to identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency, and digital optimization within the CRM ecosystem.
  • Lead integration strategy and execution to ensure data integrity, seamless system interoperability, and enterprise scalability.
  • Enforce governance policies, security protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, CCPA) to maintain a secure and audit-ready platform.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to business and executive stakeholders, translating strategic vision into actionable, technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Program and Project Management leadership to align delivery cadence, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communications.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement and platform evolution aligned with business growth, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Monitor platform KPIs to identify areas for performance optimization, enhanced usability, and increased business value.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
  • Master's Degree especially for candidates who bring a strong blend of technical depth and strategic business insight. preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 5+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire and grow technical teams.
  • Typically 5+ years managing CRM or enterprise business systems.
  • Typically 8+ years
    • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional Salesforce delivery teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and tools (Apex, Lightning, Flows, APIs).
    • Proficient in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Adept at navigating high-volume, deadline-driven environments with cross-functional complexity.
  • Proven ability to lead through change with flexibility, empathy, and clarity.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise-level business systems, such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems. Experience with implementing and managing cloud-based systems is desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals and objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with business needs and future growth plans.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and experience leading change initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
  • Familiarity with data management principles, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements, data privacy regulations, and security best practices.
