About the Job
Skyblue – Your Creative Space – is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at our Experience Store in Ahmedabad. This role involves driving sales, ensuring seamless customer journeys, and managing a motivated team to deliver Skyblue’s signature creative retail experience.
Responsibilities
Lead overall store operations with focus on customer engagement and sales growth
Inspire, guide, and manage the store team to deliver excellence
Ensure high standards of merchandising, ambience, and inventory management
Track performance, reporting, and compliance with company policies
Build strong customer relationships for repeat engagement and loyalty

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably in Retail/Management/Design
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or customer-facing operations
Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
