Institutional/ Corporate/ B2B Gifting Manager

Job Type: Full-Time
We seek a dynamic and experienced B2B & Corporate Gifting Manager to drive our corporate sales and gifting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive institutional sales growth.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and distributors, including pharma clients and boutique gifting partners.
Actively participate in gifting expos, trade fairs, and other industry events to showcase our offerings and generate new business.
To meet their unique needs, develop tailored gifting solutions for prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and quality assurance of our gifting packages.
Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our institutional client base, foster new partnerships, and secure contracts.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the Ayurvedic OTC/FMCG products sector. Understand market needs and trends within the Personal Care, Stationary, Bottles, Kitchen & Home Appliances, Bed Sheets & Quilts industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of institutional sales dynamics and distribution channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and sales management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience in boutique gifting (e.g., tea, wellness products).
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
