Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, proven sales expertise, and the ability to develop and execute high-impact strategies to drive revenue across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies
Identify and target high-potential clients in across all industries.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
Present tailored demonstrations and proposals to address client-specific ESG needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of issues.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to leadership.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, or ESG-related solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets preferably with international exposure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for sustainability and understanding of global ESG trends and regulations.
