Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on international tech recruitment, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent from across the globe. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand our talent needs and develop strategies to meet them. Your expertise in international recruitment will help us build a world-class team that drives our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top international tech talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical evaluations, cultural fit assessments, and reference checks.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, with a focus on international tech recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and the specific requirements for different tech roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in different countries is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
