Job Title: Senior Proposal and Technical Solutions Specialist Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, MumbaiJob Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Proposal and Technical Solutions Specialist with over 9 years of expertise in responding to proposals, creating technical solutions, and preparing for customer orals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft. Key Responsibilities:Lead the proposal response process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.Develop and present innovative technical solutions tailored to customer needs.Prepare and deliver compelling customer orals and presentations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and RPA technologies.Mentor and guide junior team members in proposal and technical solution development.
