Job Summary: As a Pre-Sales Lead specializing in Camunda, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise, crafting compelling solution proposals, and working closely with our sales team to win new business. Your deep understanding of Camunda and your ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design Camunda-based solutions that meet their needs.
Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge of Camunda BPM, including its architecture, features, and integration capabilities.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing and delivering effective sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
Requirement Analysis: Analyze client requirements and work with the technical team to develop customized solutions.
Proposal Development: Create detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to address their technical queries and concerns, building strong relationships and trust.
Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development of PoCs to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, project management, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to project execution.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting, with at least 3 years focused on Camunda BPM.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Camunda BPM and its integration with various systems.
Strong understanding of BPMN, CMMN, and DMN standards.
Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in process automation and digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
