JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a resource who have worked with MSPs (Managed Service Providers). Resource should have minimum 8 years of experience with MSP. We are looking for a resourceful and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of our server, network, and virtualization infrastructure. You will also play a key role in supporting our users and ensuring the smooth operation of our critical IT systems.

Skills we look for is :

- Windows server and Client management (AD Group policy, DNS, DHCP).

- Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, Azure Active directory / Intune).

- Should have hands on experience in Backup & Antivirus solutions.

- Network (Configuring Switches, Firewall, Access Points).

- Virtualization environment (Hyper V, VM ware ESXi).

- Communication (should be able to handle US clients).


The Ideal Candidate :


- Proven experience of 8+ years working as a System Administrator within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.


- Demonstrated expertise in managing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.


- In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, encompassing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.


- Hands-on experience with implementing and managing backup and antivirus solutions within an enterprise environment.


- Solid understanding of network infrastructure, including configuring switches, firewalls, and access points.


- Experience working with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware ESXi.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for US-based clients.


- A strong work ethic, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
