Understand the business data flow around the client ecosystem, especially HR data. Provide guidance on integration of this data into new and existing systems.
SSO Administration, Application Support, Technical Support for Client Enterprise and Departmental Applications, Data Analysis, Application Change Management
Perform activities related to integration, file movement, and testing
Configure and customize the iCIMS Talent Acquisition System to meet the organization's requirements, including job templates, workflows, user roles, and permissions.
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure the iCIMS system operates smoothly. Provide technical support to users and resolve any issues or inquiries related to the system.
Manage integrations between iCIMS and other HR systems or third-party applications.
Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within the iCIMS system. Develop and implement data management best practices, including data migration, data cleansing, and data quality assurance processes.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics and performance. Analyse data to identify trends, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced iCIMS System Administrator to join our team. The iCIMS System Administrator will be responsible for the c onfiguration, maintenance, and optimization of iCIMS Talent Acquisition System . This individual will work closely with HR and recruiting teams to ensure the system meets the organization's needs and supports the recruitment lifecycle effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
