To drive this growth, we are seeking a
Virtual BPO Manager
to establish and lead a high-performance inside-sales and customer engagement team.

Role Overview

As the
Virtual BPO Manager
, you will set up, manage, and scale a distributed business development team. Starting with 5 executives and growing to 10+, you will oversee
lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue enablement
, supported by OmicsVeu's
digital marketing engine
and global outreach.

This is a strategic role for a self-driven professional who can combine
team leadership, process discipline, and revenue focus
with the flexibility of managing a virtual BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    – Recruit, train, and manage a virtual team of 5 (scaling to 10+) business development associates.
  • Business Development
    – Drive global outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline creation across U.S., EU, India, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Marketing Alignment
    – Work closely with the digital marketing team to leverage inbound leads, campaigns, and outbound initiatives.
  • Revenue Growth
    – Deliver measurable results in lead conversion, customer acquisition, and recurring revenue.
  • Process & Tools
    – Implement CRM, dashboards, call/visit tracking, and performance analytics.
  • Customer Engagement
    – Ensure superior prospect and customer experience through timely follow-ups, demos, and hand-offs to sales/application teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing
    BPO/Inside Sales teams
    (5+ people, scaling to larger teams).
  • Background in
    business development, telesales, or global customer support
    (life sciences / healthcare / diagnostics preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong familiarity with
    CRM tools
    (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and process management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on
    revenue generation and customer success
    .
  • Ability to work
    virtually, across time zones
    , and manage performance remotely.
