The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to acquire new clients and promote financial products. This includes conducting financial well-being sessions, generating leads, and closing sales. The Sales and Marketing Executive must have strong interpersonal skills, convincing skills, presentation skills, and be motivated and target-oriented.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct various marketing activities like conducting financial well-being sessions both online/offline
Design strategies for client acquisition activities
Generate leads
Achieve lead generation targets
Promote mutual funds, health insurance, term insurance, and other financial products using the company's internal process called "7 events to financial freedom
Involve in day-to-day operational tasks
Handle objections
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing
