We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Door Manufacturer, we offer high-quality products and services that meet the needs of our customers. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end-users to increase sales
- Present and demonstrate products to customers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our solid wood doors
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to customers
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities to provide feedback to the management team
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in the building and construction industry, preferably in the door industry
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the building and construction industry, including building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
