The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end-users to increase sales
- Present and demonstrate products to customers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our solid wood doors
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to customers
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities to provide feedback to the management team
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in the building and construction industry, preferably in the door industry
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the building and construction industry, including building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
