Preetham Hebbar & Co. is a Firm of Company Secretaries based in Bengaluru South. Our team consists of experienced Company Secretaries specializing in Company Law, LLP Law, SEBI Regulations, RBI Regulations, Finance, Legal matters, and other allied Corporate Laws. Our aim is to provide integrated compliance services to corporate clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee - Company Secretary at Preetham Hebbar & Co. to handle secretarial function of various clients including listed and unlisted entities and startups. The Management Trainee will be responsible for handling day-to-day compliance tasks of clients ensuring adherence to Company Law, LLP Law, RBI Regulations, and other relevant laws. They will also be responsible for coordinating with the clients and other stakeholders for various matters and assisting in the preparation and filing of various secretarial documents.
Qualification
A student who has enrolled for the Company Secretary Course with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
CTC
INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month

Requirements
- Good knowledge of Company Law, LLP Law, SEBI Regulations, RBI Regulations, and other relevant corporate laws
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer applications related to company secretarial work
