About the Role:

The Management Trainee role is designed to provide meaningful and challenging real-work experience to candidates.

Management Trainees will work as a special team working in the founder’s office on various strategic initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the founders to drive strategic initiatives and special projects, including market analysis, business planning, and performance optimization.
  • Coordinating with existing members on various knowledge initiatives
  • Conducting research on various finance topics & providing editorial support to Equalifi Journal, industry reports and blog published by Equalifi round the year.
  • Planning digital outreach campaigns for Equalifi memberships and finance certifications.
  • Organizing conferences & strategic initiatives for the financial services industry
  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
  • Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and travel coordination


Eligibility:

1) Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field from a tier-1 college.

2) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

3) Fresher to 3 years of experience in the respective domain

4) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
