Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Management Trainee to join our Sales team. This presents a great opportunity for individuals enthusiastic about establishing a career in enterprise solution selling. As a Management Trainee, you will receive thorough training to comprehend our products and solutions, along with sales techniques and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire knowledge about BeatRoute's products, services, and solutions.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and validating leads.
  • Engage in sales meetings and presentations.
  • Shadow senior sales representatives to gain insights into enterprise solution selling.
  • Familiarize and leverage CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with various teams to bolster sales initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
  • Create sales reports and predictions.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree in Marketing, Sales, or similar field.
  • Bachelor's in engineering is a bonus.
  • Keen interest in pursuing a sales career, particularly in enterprise solution selling.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Rapid learning abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
