Regional Sales Manager-General insurance

1. *Prospecting and Client Acquisition: *- Identify and target potential corporate clients for insurance products.- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline through effective prospecting.
2. *Needs Analysis: *- Conduct thorough assessments of corporate clients' insurance requirements.- Analyze risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
3. *Tailored Presentations: *- Develop and deliver presentations tailored to address specific insurance needs.- Clearly articulate policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
4. *Negotiation and Proposal: *- Engage in negotiations to ensure competitive and comprehensive insurance proposals.- Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals to corporate clients.
5. *Relationship Management: *- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance.
6. *Policy Implementation: *- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation.- Address any concerns or queries from corporate clients during the onboarding process.
7. *Market Awareness: *- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.- Utilize market knowledge to position the company's insurance products effectively.
8. *Sales Reporting: *- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.- Collaborate with the sales management team to analyze performance and strategize for improvement.
Key Skills:-Aggressive in Sales-Solid verbal and written communication skills
Mandatory:- Proven experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry.- In-depth understanding of various insurance products and coverages.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Not looking for experience in Health, Life and Motor InsuranceNot Required - Experience in OEM, Dealership, Agency, Broker sales
