Job Summary:
We are hiring a results-driven Teles ales Executive to generate leads, convert prospects, and contribute to the company's sales growth. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products/services.
  • Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication.
  • Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to customers.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in Excel/CRM.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with interested customers for closures.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of telesales/telecalling experience (freshers with strong communication may apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
  • Ability to handle rejections and work in a task-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software).
  • Self-motivated, confident, and sales-oriented.

Salary: (15k -20k) + Attractive Incentives
