Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (EST Shift, Flexible)

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant – Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, supporting, and resolving technical issues using modern web technologies. This role involves direct collaboration with multiple business functions, making excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product support issues related to analytics tools.
  • Work closely with Product Development, R&D, Testing teams, and Product Owners to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Handle API integration-related issues and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Deliver seamless technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills (Primary)

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Mandatory
  • Front-end Web Development: HTML, JavaScript
  • API Integration – Must have
  • Troubleshooting & Support Expertise (2+ years)
  • Strong Analytical & Interpersonal Skills

Good-to-Have Skills (Secondary)

  • Exposure to Web 2.0 technologies
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
