Job Description

- Act as an internal consultant to key HR stakeholders by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights and recommending solutions in close collaboration with other members of the People Analytics team
- Use analytical skills and expertise in presentation of insights to key HR stakeholders to help inform, influence, support and enable workforce decisions
- Leverage Power BI and Excel to design and deliver consumer focused analytics products into the organization, in close collaboration with the People Analytics technical team to enable self-service on routine questions/queries
- Investigate, design and implement ways to influence stakeholders through the use of storytelling, consumer focused solutions, and the HR Analytics Community
- Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders, and handoffs
- Deliver analytical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop personal working knowledge of AI and Power Platform technology for internal efficiencies

Skills:

- University degree relevant to knowledge in analytics (HR/finance/engineering), AI, machine learning, MIS, business, management or related areas (Bachelor degree in HR/Management/Sc); MBA will be an added advantage
- 5-7 years of core or indirect analytics experience in a multinational company, semiconductor industry experience preferred, or a consulting company
- Stakeholder Management - ability to manage multiple stakeholders at any time, assess the most important opportunities and prioritize
- Storytelling with stakeholders and data visualization
- Communication skills - translating technical data to non-technical team members
- Problem analysis and solutioning - desire to ask questions, get deeper understanding of the problem, challenge perceptions and use data to inform and guide recommendations
- Analytics knowledge - curiosity to learn more about advanced analytics
- High level of quality
- High level of expertise in MS Excel including pivot tables, lookups, graphing, charting, power query functionality
- Knowledge of Power BI
