Role Overview
We are seeking a highly resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team. The role involves managing the complete accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while closely collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounts payable process including invoice entry, pay runs, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to obtain invoices, resolve queries, and maintain accurate documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Handle per diem issuance for international travelers in coordination with employees and banking partners.
  • Oversee vendor relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving payment-related issues.
  • Support month-end and year-end closings through accruals, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory/regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, MSME, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall financial operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
  • 4–7 years of accounts payable experience in Indian entities.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance/Accounts.
  • Familiarity with return-to-work initiatives is a plus for candidates resuming careers after a break.
