Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organizationCoordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptionsMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progressSchedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewersConduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate qualificationsAssist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment eventsCollaborate with the HR team in developing and implementing recruitment strategiesPrepare and extend job offers to selected candidatesAssist in conducting reference checks and background verificationsProvide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
Requirements:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong interest in pursuing a career in HR, particularly in recruitmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to confidentiality
Duration: This is a 3-month internship program with conversion to a full-time employee.
