Job Summary: You’re responsible for managing a variety of human resources and administrative functions to support the effective operation of the organisation. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations:

  • Responsible for managing office operations, vendors, and procurement duties. This role includes overseeing supplies, maintaining office equipment, maintenance, and supervising cleaning staff and managing catering.


Coordinate with staff:

  • Work closely with staff members and cross functional teams, communicating with them to ensure their needs are met and they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.


Handle administrative tasks:

  • Handles administrative tasks, such as filing, preparing reports, maintaining records, up to date with email, slack and other communication channels.
  • Smooth operation of employees travel itineraries, assist in organising company events and activities and ensure compliance is aligned with company policies.
  • Follow a right guideline to maintain company devices when a new employee joins the organisation and while leaving the company return laptop policy is met at the office location.


Recruitment and Ops:

  • Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Shadowing interview coordination interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.


Requirements:

  • 06 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to prioritise and re-prioritise based on changing business needs.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action.
