Human Resources Intern

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. Thisinternship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment,onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will possess excellentorganizational and communication skills and a strong desire to learn and contribute to the HRdepartment's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.- Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in the interview process.
2. Onboarding and Orientation:- Prepare new hire and assist in the onboarding process.- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.
3. Employee Relations:- Help address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.- Support the HR team in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
4. HR Administration:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.- Assist with the preparation and processing of HR documents, such as employment contracts andperformance reviews.- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentmanagement.
Qualifications :- Currently pursuing a Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
