Role: Enterprise (Global) Sales Manager

Job Description:

Twixor is looking for a mid-level to senior Enterprise Sales Manager, who will help drive sales and revenue growth for our next generation platforms (Twixor AIM & Twixor Compute). This is a sales role and is a key contributor to the strategy and growth of the company. The ideal candidate has successfully worked in B2B sales (prospecting, finding deals, building long-term relationships, negotiating contract terms, and on-boarding customers) and is excited about helping contribute to a fast-growing B2B startup in a space that is growing exponentially. We are looking for someone with experience in B2B SaaS, process automation and channel centric digital customer experience platforms, and familiar with selling AI/ML/NLP/Chatbots technologies.

Job Responsibilities:Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, understanding requirements, conducting custom demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and on-boarding customersTo exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by selling into enterprise accountsMeet and exceed sales targets by directly closing target business accountsDevelop a strong sales pipeline, focused on the different verticals and/or geographiesUnderstand client needs and requirements, across different stakeholdersAccurate account and pipeline management with forecastingCollaborate with Solutions and Pre-Sales teams to work on client pursuitsDocument all pertinent customer information and conversations into our CRM database

Requirements:

5+ years of B2B and enterprise product salesComfortable with technology, with an ability to switch between different industriesDemonstrated track record achieving sales growthBachelors Degree or equivalent preferredProficient with CRM and sales enablement toolsDesire to innovate and strong attention to detailAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orallyExperience working with cross functional teamsExposure to dealing with global clients and C-level buyers

Nice to Have: prior experience working with growth stage companies in B2B SaaS / MessagingNice to Have: exposure to low-code technology platforms, in industries like Banking, Healthcare, Retail and othersNice to Have: prior training on established sales techniques
